Shirley has been making ceramic mushrooms since early 1990 and her work includes decorative pieces, paper weights, bowls and botanically accurate models.

For many years she has supplied the British Mycological Society with models for their many award winning stands at Chelsea Flower Show and currently she is adding to their Travelling Exhibition collection. Her work also featured on the Association of British Fungus Groups award winning stand at Chelsea in 2006

Shirley's models have also been used in television documentaries as well as being displayed in museums.

Each model is unique, hand built in potters clay, kiln fired and finished with acrylic paint. Prices start from £25.00
